On May 12, the Villas Romanas Network held the first monitoring meeting of the project, carried out telematically, with the aim of presenting the first individual progress of the 19 actions that make up the project. These actions are organized around 6 strategic axes, which structure the development of the project:
During the session, the organization of the project was explained in detail according to the different thematic axes, as well as the distribution of the actions, the budget breakdown and the companies awarded the contracts.
This approach made it possible to provide the network’s member villages with a structured and clear vision of the degree of development and the current status of each of the planned actions.
This initial meeting, focused on monitoring the status of the actions, was attended by the partners of the different Villas Romanas, who were previously invited to attend.
Their assistance and collaboration were essential to ensure fluid and unified communication within the project, as well as to strengthen coordination among the different actors involved.
