Below is a summary of the progress made in each area:
Axis 1 – Governance and strengthening of the HRV Network
The creation of governance mechanisms continues, with regular meetings of the Tourism Promotion Committee and the Technical Secretariat. In addition, the organization of the next Archaeological Meeting ( June 12 and 13) is being finalized.
Axis 2 – Competitiveness
The map of key actors in each town has been completed and awareness meetings have been held with the local business community. The first two training courses have been completed and progress is being made in the preparation of the Manual of experiences and best practices.
Axis 3 – Storytelling and communication strategy
The HRV network is building a renewed and inspiring story through the 8 individual stories, 9 micro-videos and general brochures that will be used for international promotion (currently in the validation phase).
Axis 4 – Digital platform
The redesign of the VRH website has been approved and its development is already underway, improving functionalities, content and accessibility. A catalog of experiences has been created that will feed a future online channel for booking visits and activities. A specific intranet is being implemented for the VRH community and training courses. A study on the use of new technologies in heritage interpretation has also been completed.
Axis 5 – Project communication
The HRV Network Marketing Plan has been finalized and updated content about the project is currently being added to the website. And the call for the public presentation of the project to the media has been launched, thus reinforcing its dissemination.
Axis 6 – International communication
At the international level, progress is being made with the contact with TURESPAÑA and with the Social Media Plan.
