As advised in the Roman treatises on agriculture, the villa was located in the center of the farm and on a small hill, in order to be able to easily control all the crops. The house, besides being the place where the inhabitants lived, served as a warehouse to store tools, a barn to store the crops, a stable for the animals and, most importantly, a large part of it was dedicated to winemaking.
The visit will allow you to understand the importance of the farms of that time and learn about an important chapter of the ancient history of Navarre.
